Organized around systems and outcomes
- Sessions are organized around the six Global Agenda systems, not around individual speakers or sponsors.
- Decisions, disagreements, and commitments made during the Forum are recorded, not summarized after the fact.
After
Commitments tracked, not archived
- Commitments made at the Forum are published where appropriate.
- Progress against milestones is connected to HEF's public indicators and reported throughout the year — not just at the next Forum.
